The best poker rooms in Las Vegas for all kinds of players

Las Vegas is undoubtedly the poker capital of the world, and many of poker’s biggest names have found fame and fortune through a trip to Sin City.

Vegas offers a vibrant mix of high-stakes games and more casual fun-loving experiences.

Here, Travel News Blitz’s Sam Condy breaks down five of the best poker rooms to test your luck or prove your skills in Sin City.

The Bellagio

The Bellagio Poker Room is a classic destination for those chasing some serious action.

Its legendary high-limit room has hosted some of poker's biggest stars.

Aptly named the Legends Room, it maintains an air of prestige within the Vegas poker scene, and a strong tournament schedule appealing to both pros and seasoned regulars.

Wynn Las Vegas

Widely considered one of the most enjoyable poker rooms on the strip, Wynn offers a relaxed atmosphere yet is still popular amongst many of the game’s elite.

Known for its friendly dealers and smooth gameplay, the room has grown to be loved by many Vegas regulars.

If you fancy rubbing shoulders with the greats, the Wynn is the place to be.

Venetian

Overlooked by many pros, the Venetian is the perfect place to build a bankroll against recreational players.

Its 32-table set-up makes it one of the biggest rooms in the strip, meaning you won’t struggle to get a seat and dive into the action.

Resorts World

One of the newest additions to the strip, Resorts World brings an upscale feel to the Vegas poker scene.

However, cash games are scarce here, making it far more suitable for tournament veterans.

Nevertheless, if you like tournament play, and are looking for a sleek experience in Sin City, Resorts World has all you could ask for and more.

Golden Nugget

If you are looking to recapture the old-school Vegas poker scene, look no further than the Golden Nugget.

Its cosy 13-table set-up features some of the most electric low-stakes games the city has to offer.

It’s definitely not the most profitable room in the city, far from it, but if you are looking to experience a vintage Vegas atmosphere, there is no place better.
